| Description | Job Description Job Summary Tech Mahindra is seeking a skilled and creative Content Writer to develop high-quality, engaging, and impactful content that supports our brand voice, business goals, and global digital presence. The ideal candidate will have strong writing and research skills, a passion for technology-driven storytelling, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences. Key Responsibilities Create, write, edit, and proofread a wide range of content including website pages, blogs and articles, case studies, whitepapers, press releases, social media posts, email marketing content, brochures, newsletters, and corporate presentations Develop content aligned with Tech Mahindra's brand guidelines, tone, and messaging framework Collaborate with marketing, design, sales, product, and technical teams to create content that supports campaigns and business objectives Translate complex IT, digital transformation, and technology concepts (AI, Cloud, 5G, IoT, Cybersecurity, etc.) into user-friendly content Optimize content for SEO using keywords, metadata, and best practices to improve search visibility Conduct market and competitor research to ensure content relevance and differentiation Manage multiple content projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Update existing content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and freshness Support employer branding, thought leadership, and internal communication initiatives Maintain content calendars and track content performance using analytics tools Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. 2+ years of professional content writing experience, preferably in IT services, technology, or B2B marketing Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English Strong editing and proofreading abilities with keen attention to detail Experience writing for digital platforms and understanding of SEO fundamentals Ability to adapt writing style for different audiences, industries, and formats Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), MS Word, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools Strong research and analytical skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Experience working in an IT services, consulting, or technology company Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms Experience in thought leadership and long-form content creation Basic understanding of UX writing and content strategy Exposure to global markets and multicultural audiences Behavioral Competencies Creative and strategic thinker Strong organizational and time-management skills Customer-focused mindset Proactive, adaptable, and open to feedback High level of professionalism and ownership Why Join Tech Mahindra Work with a global organization driving digital transformation for Fortune 500 clients Opportunity to create content for cutting-edge technologies and global markets Collaborative work culture with learning and growth opportunities Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits Be part of a purpose-driven organization focused on innovation, sustainability, and positive change |
