| Description | Job description YASH Technologies is looking for detail-oriented Finance professionals to join our team in Indore. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who are eager to manage end-to-end accounts receivable and reporting functions in a leading IT environment. Key Responsibilities Billing & Invoicing: Managing the full cycle of invoice generation and submission to customers. Timesheet Management: Regular follow-ups and accurate recording of consultant/employee timesheets. Self-Driven Audit: Audit of Timesheets recorded v/s invoiced every month end and other year-end audits of invoicing. Accounts Receivable (AR): Proactive follow-up on open AR items to ensure timely collections. Stakeholder Coordination: Working closely with internal delivery teams to streamline the invoice process. Banking & Reporting: Performing bank reconciliations and preparing various MIS reports for management. Qualifications & Skills Education: Minimum B.Com; M.Com or MBA (Finance) preferred. Communication: Mandatory fluency in English (both written and verbal). Excel Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic data formulas) is a significant advantage. Availability: Early joiners or immediate starters will be given preference. Extra Advantage: Prior experience of working on Quick Books desktop version in IT industry will be a good plus. Shift Hours: 3:00 PM IST to 12:00 AM IST (Candidates must be comfortable working this specific shift to align with international operations.) Why Join YASH?
