Team Mentorship: Guide junior and senior developers through code reviews, technical sessions, and professional growth support. Technical Strategy: Evaluate new technologies (libraries, frameworks, and AI tools) and lead their implementation into the tech stack. Performance & Scalability: Optimize applications for maximum speed and accessibility, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and high performance. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Backend Engineers to align technical work with business goals. Quality Standards: Establish and enforce coding standards, testing strategies (Jest, Cypress), and CI/CD pipelines. Technical Requirements React.js & Next.js Mastery: Extensive experience with React 18+, Next.js (App Router), and advanced concepts like Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), and ISR. TypeScript & JavaScript: Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+) for building robust, type-safe applications. State Management: Deep knowledge of Redux, Context API, Zustand, or similar libraries for complex state management. HTML5 & CSS3: Advanced skills in responsive design using Tailwind CSS, SASS, or CSS-in-JS. API Integration: Proven experience integrating with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and Headless CMS platforms. Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and automated release workflows (GitHub Actions, Jenkins). Experience & Qualifications Total Experience: 8+ years in frontend or full-stack software development. Leadership Experience: 3+ years in a Lead or Architectural role overseeing technical teams.
