Description	Job description Key Responsibilities Architect and design scalable solutions for developer portal modernization with focus on merchant onboarding and payment gateway integration. Define and implement microservice-based architectures leveraging RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and Apollo Federation. Lead the adoption of event-driven systems and cloud-native applications across AWS, GCP, and Azure. Establish and enforce DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and automated deployments. Ensure robust security, encryption, authentication, and authorization mechanisms across all systems. Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with strategic goals. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring best practices in coding, design, and architecture. Drive transformation initiatives, influencing senior leadership and managing stakeholder expectations. Oversee project execution, resource allocation, and people management to deliver high-quality outcomes. Required Skills & Experience Strong expertise in Java 8+, Spring Boot, JPA, and Hibernate. Proven experience with microservices, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and Apollo Federation. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). Deep understanding of payment systems, banking systems, or fintech products. Knowledge of event-driven architectures and DevOps practices (CI/CD tools, automation). Strong grasp of security principles including encryption, authentication, and authorization. Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to influence senior leadership and drive organizational transformation. Good to Have Experience with RDBMS and vector databases. Familiarity with Next.js and React.js for front-end integration. Project and people management experience. Strong communication and presentation skills.
