Job Role: Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) Kotak Mahindra Bank


Location:Thane West
Employment Type: Full-time
Department: Banking Sales
Payroll: Directly on Kotak Mahindra Banks payroll


Eligibility Criteria:

Gender: Male/Female candidates can apply
Eperience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in banking sales or BPO voice process with sales exposure
No freshers will be considered
No employment gap of more than 6 months
Education: Graduate (any stream)
Age: 18 to 32 years
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal communication in English
Good with mathematical calculations
Well-groomed and polished, with customer interaction skills
Preferred Background:

Prior experience in BPO voice process with sales targets
Background in financial products or banking sales
Compensation:

CTC: Up to 6,00,000 per annum (based on interview performance)
Incentives: Up to 35,000 per month (performance-based)
Work Schedule:

Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Fixed day shift)
