| Description | Job description Role & responsibilities Lead the design of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they meet both business and technical specifications while adhering to Salesforce best practices Conduct discovery sessions with stakeholders to identify current gaps and challenges and gather requirements Present solutions to business stakeholders, effectively communicating the benefits and trade-offs of different approaches. Collaborate with cross-functional teams during the integration process to ensure seamless implementation of Requirements. Provide guidance to the development team, ensuring that solutions are implemented according to the design and conduct functional walkthroughs. Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog, in liaison with product owners on the project Build user stories with clear acceptance criteria to ensure accurate and complete understanding of requirements Create prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirements Mandatory technical skill set: Sales cloud & Service cloud experience.
