Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced PHP & Python Developer with 811 years of strong hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications and backend systems. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in both PHP and Python technologies, along with strong problem-solving and system design capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using PHP and Python

Build and optimize backend APIs, microservices, and database integrations

Work on application architecture, performance tuning, and code optimization

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend, QA, DevOps, and product teams

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently

Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and documentation

Participate in requirement analysis, technical discussions, and solution design

Integrate third-party services, APIs, and cloud-based solutions

Mentor junior developers and support technical decision-making

Required Skills & Qualifications:

811 years of experience in software development

Strong hands-on experience in PHP and frameworks such as:

Laravel

CodeIgniter

CakePHP (preferred)

Strong experience in Python and frameworks such as:

Django

Flask

FastAPI

Experience with:

REST APIs

Microservices architecture

MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB

Git / Version Control

Good understanding of:

OOPs concepts

Design patterns

SDLC and Agile methodologies

Experience with cloud platforms like:

AWS / Azure / GCP (preferred)

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Docker / Kubernetes

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines

Exposure to AI/ML integrations or automation scripting is an added advantage

Strong analytical and communication skills
