Key Responsibilities: Support valuation and financial analysis activities. Assist in preparing pitch books and client presentations. Conduct market, industry, and company research. Analyze financial statements and business performance. Support M&A, equity, and capital market transactions. Prepare reports and maintain transaction documentation. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and global teams. Required Skills: Basic understanding of Investment Banking and Financial Markets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good knowledge of Finance and Accounting concepts. Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Good communication and presentation skills. Qualification: B.Com / BBA / BBM / MBA Finance / M.Com graduates. Candidates with internships in Finance or Investment Banking preferred. 2024 / 2025 pass-outs can apply. |
