| Description | Summary The Finance Planner will help in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cost monitoring. Key Responsibilities Support the annual budgeting process and assist in preparing short-term and long-range financial forecasts. Assist the Financial Controller in the preparation and monitoring of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP). Prepare financial reports with variance analysis and provide commentary on key drivers impacting financial performance. Monitor indirect costs and Head Office SG&A expenses and track supply chain-related costs. Identify cost trends and provide inputs to improve cost control and operational efficiency. Assist in developing financial models to support business planning and decision-making. Support the preparation of reports required for group or regional reporting, including Korean reporting if required. Provide financial inputs related to pricing, margins, go-to-market strategy, and commercial contracts. Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as sales, supply chain, and operations to gather financial data and support analysis. Education/Experience Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) OR CMA Knowledge and Skills (Functional / Technical) In-depth knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools. Strong proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting. |
