Job Summary


We are seeking a qualified and registered Staff Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in accordance with hospital policies and medical protocols. The candidate must hold a valid nursing registration and demonstrate strong clinical skills, compassion, and professionalism.


Key Responsibilities


Provide direct nursing care to patients including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and patient conditions, and report changes to the medical team.
Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Assist doctors during medical procedures and examinations.
Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, and documentation.
Ensure infection control and safety protocols are followed at all times.
Educate patients and families about treatment plans, medications, and post-care instructions.
Maintain cleanliness and readiness of medical equipment and nursing stations.
Collaborate with doctors, technicians, and other healthcare staff for coordinated patient care.
Respond effectively to medical emergencies.
Qualifications


B.Sc Nursing / GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) from a recognized institution.
Valid Nursing Registration with the State Nursing Council / Indian Nursing Council.
Minimum 02 years of experience (Freshers with registration may apply).
Required Skills


Strong clinical and patient care skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in rotational shifts
Basic knowledge of medical equipment and hospital procedures
Teamwork and compassionate attitude toward patients
Salary 2-3.5 Lacs P.A.
