| Description | Position Summary We are looking for a skilled WordPress & Shopify Specialist with hands-on experience in developing and maintaining WordPress websites and Shopify stores. The candidate should be capable of handling multiple projects, delivering responsive websites, and ensuring timely project execution with high-quality standards. Role & responsibilities Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites and Shopify stores. Convert Figma or design mockups into pixel-perfect, responsive websites. Customize WordPress themes, plugins, Shopify themes, and app integrations based on project requirements. Manage complete project execution, including development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support. Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve bugs efficiently. Optimize websites for speed, SEO, security, and overall performance. Collaborate closely with designers, project managers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Handle revisions, updates, and feedback in a structured and professional manner. Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices. Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in WordPress, Shopify, and e-commerce development. Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with WordPress and Shopify development. Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic PHP. Experience working with WordPress themes, plugins, page builders, and customizations. Knowledge of Shopify themes, Liquid templating, and Shopify app integrations. Experience integrating payment gateways, contact forms, analytics tools, CRMs, and third-party APIs. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively. Good communication and coordination skills. Preferred Skills Experience in custom WordPress theme or plugin development. Familiarity with WooCommerce and advanced Shopify customizations. Basic knowledge of Git and deployment workflows. Understanding of project coordination and client handling.
