Agentic AI Platform Developer having up-to 6 years of relevant experience Skillset: Python, TypeScript, Docker, AWS (ECS Fargate, Cognito, S3, RDS)Terraform, GitLab CI/CD 1.Build and operate Agentic AI platform from the agent intelligence layer to the cloud infrastructure that runs it. 2.Build and maintain AI agents that connects to enterprise systems using tools to query data, create artifacts, and take action on behalf of users. 3.Develop and operate MCP/CLI servers. 4.Containerize, deploy, and monitor on AWS. Write infrastructure-as-code, manage CI/CD pipelines, ensure the platform is secure, observable, and reliable for multiuser operation. 5.Write system prompts and tool-calling workflows that make agents useful. 6.Optimize for accuracy, speed, cost, and user trust. Must Have: 1.Backend development in Python or TypeScript. 2.Docker and containerization - Write Docker files, debug container issues, and understand multi-stage builds, health checks, and networking between containers. 3.Cloud infrastructure on AWS - Deploy and operate services on AWS. 4.Git, GitLab, and CI/CD - Branching strategies, pipeline configuration, and automated deployments. 5.SQL and working with data - Write SQL, understand data modeling, and reason about query performance. 6.Understanding of LLMs and how they work. Should Have: 1.Experience with the Model Context Protocol (MCP) or willingness to learn it. 2.Experience building RAG pipelines, building retrieval-augmented generation system. 3.Experience with agent system prompt engineering. Writing effective agent instructions. 4.Authentication and identity. 5.Workflow and orchestration design - Experience with state machines, event-driven architectures, or workflow engines. Nice to Have 1.AI observability tools 2.Query federation or analytical database experience 3.Finance domain knowledge 4.Enterprise system integration experience. 5.AI governance awareness - Understanding why governance matters. 6.Frontend skills -Experience with React, CSS customization, or building conversational UIs is a plus.
