International chat or email support
Excellent written communication skills (grammar & clarity)
Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via chat and email in a professional manner
Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer issues
Maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction
Follow company policies, SOPs, and response guidelines
Manage multiple chats/emails simultaneously
Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required
Ensure proper documentation of customer interactions\
