Full Stack Developer (AI-Enabled Development)


Overview

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our BPS Custom Solutions team. This role will work across the entire software lifecycle, building modern applications. This developer should be comfortable owning projects from concept to production and collaborating closely with product and project management teams.


Responsibilities

Design and develop full stack web applications from concept through deployment
Build modern front-end interfaces using React or similar frameworks
Develop scalable backend services and APIs
Participate in system architecture and technical design
Work within a structured Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Collaborate with PMs to translate requirements into technical solutions
Use LLM-powered development tools (Codex, Claude Code, Copilot, etc.) to accelerate development
Participate in code reviews, testing strategies, and deployment processes
Help improve internal engineering processes and development workflows

Required Qualifications

4+ years experience as a Full Stack Developer
Strong experience with React or modern front-end frameworks
Backend development experience (Node.js, Python, .NET, or similar)
Experience building and deploying production software applications
Strong understanding of APIs, databases, and system architecture
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and modern development workflows
Working knowledge of agile workstreams

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working on custom SaaS or internal enterprise software platforms
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
Experience using AI development assistants (Codex, Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor, etc.)
Experience integrating LLM or AI-driven features into applications
