Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and timelines. Mentor and guide a team of developers to ensure high-quality code deliverables. Oversee the integration of front-end frameworks, such as React/ Angular, to create seamless user experiences. Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices in software development. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise in the development process. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements. Qualifications: Minimum 6 years of experience in software development. Proficient in C#, .NET Core, and microservices architecture. Strong experience with front-end technologies including React Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset. Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience in Agile development methodologies is a plus.
