We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries and provide excellent support through calls, chat, and email. The candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and basic computer knowledge.


Roles & Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Provide chat support and email support to international customers
Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally
Deliver excellent customer service experience
Maintain quality and productivity targets
Update customer information in CRM systems
Ensure customer satisfaction during interactions
Follow company communication and process guidelines

Eligibility Criteria

12th Pass / Undergraduate / Graduate
Minimum 1 year of BPO Customer support experience(Voice/chat)
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Fluent English speaking skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good typing speed for chat process
Immediate joiners preferred
Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts
