Roles & Responsibilities

Handle inbound/outbound international customer calls professionally
Understand customer queries and provide accurate solutions
Resolve issues related to billing, accounts, services, or products
Maintain high customer satisfaction and call quality standards
Document call details and update customer information in CRM
Follow process guidelines, compliance, and call scripts
Meet daily call targets, productivity, and performance metrics
Escalate complex issues to senior teams when required
Maintain a positive and professional attitude on all calls
Adapt to different international accents and time zones
