HCL Executive Recruitment 2026 - Selection Process
The selection process consists of a single stage - Personal Interview (PI) carrying 100% weightage. Candidates will be shortlisted for PI based on experience and additional qualifications if applications exceed the zone of consideration. The final selection and merit list will be based solely on performance in the Personal Interview.

Important Instructions for HCL Executive Recruitment 2026 Candidates
Only Indian Nationals of 18 years and above are eligible to apply.
Date of reckoning for age, experience, and qualification is 01-05-2026.
Experience acquired in Training / Consultancy / Teaching / Fellowship / Internship / Apprenticeship / Academic Project shall not be counted.
Experience in relevant field only shall be considered; HCL's decision on relevance is final.
Candidates from private organizations must be from companies with turnover of Rs. 250 Crores or more.
Selected candidates must execute a Service Agreement Bond of Rs. 3 Lakhs and serve a minimum of 3 years.
Government / CPSE employees must route their application through proper channel or submit NOC at the time of interview.
OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates must submit OBC-NCL certificate issued on or after 01-04-2026.
EWS candidates must submit EWS certificate valid for the year 2026-27.
Category once filled/declared in the online application will not be changed.
