See www.te.com Aerospace, Defense and Marine in India has its manufacturing facility in Bangalore and has competencies to assemble connectors , wire & cable and fibre optics products for space, commercial aerospace, defence and global markets. Job Overview: The role involves supervising and managing production and assembly operations for relay products, ensuring achievement of production, quality, and delivery targets. It includes exposure to production planning, team handling, quality systems, and continuous improvement practices. Key Responsibilities: Manage production planning, manpower allocation, and shift operations Ensure adherence to quality standards and inspection processes Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, Kaizen) Handle inventory control and material planning Work closely with cross-functional teams for delivery targets Monitor and improve productivity and efficiency Support problem-solving activities and defect reduction EDUCATION /KNOWLEDGE/COMPETENCIES BE/ B.Tech (Electronic,Electrical/ Mechanical) Minumim two years experience in manufacturing and assembly of Relays and contactors Good communcition skills Strong Presentation skills Organising and Time management skills Shift Timings: 6:00 AM 2:00 PM 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM 6 days working from office Two-way cab facility will be provided Food will be provided by the company Employment Details: This role is a 1-year direct contract with TE Connectivity Based on your performance, there will be an opportunity for conversion to a full-time role with TE Connectivity |
