| Description | Job description Roles and Responsibilities Manage engineering functions of upcoming Luxury Residences, including facility management, building maintenance, civil maintenance, property management, and residences management. Oversee the overall performance of engineering teams to ensure efficient operations and maintenance of facilities. Develop and implement effective strategies for improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to optimize processes. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices. Desired Candidate Profile 10-20 years of experience in Engineering Management or related field. B.Tech / B.E. Degree in Any Specialization from a recognized institution. Proven track record of managing large-scale luxury hotels, luxury residences and projects involving multiple stakeholders. Strong understanding of mechanical systems, electrical systems, plumbing systems, HVAC systems etc. |
