| Description | Job description We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Admin (Fertility Unit In-Charge) to join our growing fertility center in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing nursing and administrative functions within the fertility unit while ensuring exceptional patient care and smooth clinic operations. Candidates with prior experience in infertility, IVF, gynecology, or women's healthcare will be preferred. Key Responsibilities: Patient Care & Coordination Manage patient registration and provide reception support. Coordinate patient appointments and follow-up schedules. Handle OPD calls and assist patients with medication guidance, dosage schedules, and trigger timings as directed by doctors. Ensure a positive patient experience through effective communication and support. Clinical Support Assist in blood collection and administration of injections. Support gynecological and fertility-related procedures, including: Ultrasonography (USG) PAP Smear Endometrial Biopsy Saline Infusion Sonography (SIS) Coordinate with doctors and clinical staff during procedures and patient evaluations. Documentation & Compliance Maintain and update patient files and treatment records. Manage PNDT documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Maintain ultrasound record books and other clinical documentation accurately. Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of patient information. Inventory & Administration Monitor and maintain medication inventory and stock records. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for medical supplies. Support day-to-day administrative activities of the fertility unit. Ensure smooth functioning of the department through effective coordination and record management. Required Qualifications: B.Sc. Nursing or GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery). Registered Nurse certification preferred. Basic knowledge or prior experience in a Fertility/IVF Clinic will be an added advantage. Preferred Experience: Experience in: IVF / Fertility Clinics Infertility Treatment Centers Gynecology & Obstetrics Departments |
