| Description | Job description We're Hiring: Operations Manager Banking Loan Verification Location: Mohali We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee banking loan verification, backend and field operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise banking loan verification, backend and field operations. Coordinate with clients and handle day-to-day interactions. Monitor operational performance and ensure timely completion of verification activities. Prepare and share operational reports with clients and management. Handle client and operational escalations effectively. Manage monthly billing and payment processes. Lead and support operational teams to ensure service quality and adherence to timelines. Preferred Skills: Experience in banking loan verification. Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Good knowledge of MIS reporting and operational processes. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
