| Description | Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. 7A, Venus Amadeus – Jodhpur Cross Road Satellite, Ahmedabad, Gujarat – 380015 Interviewer: Ankit Kashyap Contact - Ankit Kashyap Role: Acquisition / Premier Acquisition Manager Business Banking Key Responsibilities: Acquire Current Account (CASA) customers from the open market through proactive sourcing Identify and onboard new business banking clients (SMEs, traders, professionals, etc.) Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to drive consistent business growth Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to branch/business revenue Cross-sell banking products such as insurance, loans, POS/merchant solutions, and digital banking offerings Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals Conduct regular market mapping and competitor analysis to identify opportunities Ensure adherence to KYC norms, compliance, and documentation processes Coordinate with internal teams for seamless onboarding and servicing of clients Preferred Candidate Profile: Experience in CASA acquisition / field sales / BFSI sales (preferred) Strong networking, negotiation, and client acquisition skills Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with field sales role Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build rapport with SMEs and business clients Knowledge of banking products and local market will be an added advantage Graduate / MBA preferred Freshers who are open to sales roles and willing to build a career in banking can also be considered |
