About the Opportunity

We are hiring Customer Support Representatives for a leading global customer experience and business process management organization. Key Responsibilities

Handle customer interactions through Voice support channels.
Resolve customer concerns and queries in a timely and professional manner.
Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
Maintain a customer-centric approach while handling multiple interactions.

Eligibility Criteria

Education-Graduates and Undergraduates are eligible to apply.

Experience

Freshers are welcome.
Candidates with up to 1 year of customer support or BPO experience may also apply.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Basic technical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working in rotational and night shifts.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits

Freshers

Total Package: 30,000 per month
Fixed CTC: 27,000
Performance Incentive (PLI): 3,000

Experienced Candidates (1 Year Experience)

Total Package: 32,000 per month
Fixed CTC: 28,800
Performance Incentive (PLI): 3,200

Work Schedule

5 Days Working
Rotational Weekly Offs
9.5 Hours Shift (Including Breaks)
Work From Office
