Description Role Summary

The Nurse/Paramedic Staff will support the Occupational Health Centre (OHC) by providing medical assistance, emergency care, documentation, equipment management, and operational support. The role ensures compliance with healthcare standards, supports employee health services, and assists doctors in day-to-day operations at the plant/site.


This is a Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) position for a period of one year, on the rolls of Mundra Hospitals, Adani group. Any extension or renewal of the contract will be based on the employee's performance and the organization's business requirements at the time of renewal.


Qualifications & Experience

Education: GNM / B.Sc Nursing
Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in Industry setup | OHC
Additional Training (Preferable):
Basic Life Support (BLS) certified
Locations available: Warsaligunj, Nawada, Bihar | Jalgaon, Maharashtra | Devapur, Mancherial district, Telangana | Talaricheruvu , Tadpatri
Skills Required:
Basic computer skills o Ability to handle medical instruments and emergency situations
Key Responsibilities

A. OHC Operations & Support

Assist Doctor in all day-to-day OHC management activities.
Support in medical emergencies & provide first aid.
Accompany patients during transportation to higher medical centres.
Maintain all medical equipment, instruments, and paraphernalia at the OHC.
B. Medical Examinations & Records

Support in conducting pre-employment and periodic medical examinations of workers.
Manage data entry and maintain accurate records in designated systems/software.
Maintain registers such as:
Medical check-up register o OPD registration
Vaccination records o First aid box register o Monthly inventory register
C. Compliance & Waste Management

Manage Biomedical Waste segregation, disposal coordination, and documentation.
Ensure sterilization and disinfection of all equipment and materials.
D. Training & Inspections

Provide training to staff/workers on first aid and other health topics.
Inspect first aid boxes periodically.
Conduct hygiene inspections of canteen, pantry, and guesthouse areas.
E. Ambulance Management

Manage ambulance medical stock and assist with routine checks.
