| Description | Join us as a Trade & Transaction Reporting Manager Youll play a critical leadership role in shaping regulatory strategy and insight across Regulatory Operations, helping us stay ahead in a fast-evolving environment Youll lead the Regulatory Pulse team, driving horizon scanning, regulatory interpretation and rule mapping while building a best-in-class Centre of Excellence Be at the centre of regulatory engagement, using your expertise to enable strong compliance, deliver insightful analysis and support transformation, innovation and simplification across the function We''re offering this role at director level What youll do As a Trade & Transaction Reporting Manager, youll play a key role in securing accurate, complete and timely reporting of trade and transaction submissions across multiple asset classes. Youll work closely with regulators across different jurisdictions, building strong relationships and maintaining open, effective communication. At the same time, youll partner with internal stakeholders to proactively identify, manage and remediate any compliance risks. This is a role with high visibility and real impact, where youll help elevate our reporting capabilities while developing the experience and expertise to support future leadership opportunities. Youll be: Evaluating upcoming regulatory changes, assessing their impact on operating processes and making sure they are clearly understood and effectively managed Providing subject matter expertise across Trade & Transaction Reporting, supporting both operational delivery and strategic decision-making Driving standards and collaboration, building a team that operates as a true reporting centre of excellence, both in terms of performance and knowledge Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders, influencing outcomes and supporting alignment across the business The skills you''ll need To succeed in this role, youll bring deep knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements across multiple global jurisdictions, along with experience operating in a complex financial services environment. Youll be a confident leader, able to provide subject matter expert expertise on regulatory reporting change while guiding teams through delivery. Alongside this, youll bring strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders and communicate effectively with regulators. Youll also demonstrate: Experience in strategy, transformation or change delivery A strong understanding of asset classes and structured trading businesses, with hands-on experience in trade reporting Knowledge of front-to-back processes for a stable, controlled and resilient regulatory reporting environment Experience working with risk and control frameworks, including process design, control documentation and supervisory requirements |
