Exp: 3+ years Education: MBA Finance Location: Chakala, Andheri East Job Role: Lead and execute fund-raising activities including Construction Finance, Working Capital, and Loan Against Property/Assets. Manage relationships with lenders, banks, financial institutions, and investors. Prepare investment teasers, information memorandums, financial models, and data packs for prospective lenders and investors. Handle investor relations activities including investor meetings, performance updates, and monitoring reports. Coordinate and provide required financial data, documentation, and compliance-related information during pre- and post-investment/loan stages. Support and facilitate financial, legal, and technical due diligence processes with internal teams and external stakeholders. Prepare analytical reports, funding status updates, and financial insights for senior management. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of fund-raising and financing activities. Handle ad-hoc financial analysis, documentation, and strategic assignments as assigned by management. |
