Key Responsibilities Resolve customer queries in real-time via chat and email platforms. Maintain professional grammar, tone, and formatting in all written communication. Meet key performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction scores. Navigate multiple internal systems simultaneously to troubleshoot client issues. Education and Experience Graduates: Fresher or experienced candidates are welcome. Undergraduates: Minimum 12 months of documented work experience required. Logistics and Transport Cab Facility: Available within a 25 KM radius of the Jaipur facility. Geographic Constraint: Candidates must reside within the operational cab zone.
